LET ME IN

Geza started writing this song in 1984, while he was living with his first wife in the virtual isolation of the Jemez Mountains of New Mexico and working at the Los Alamos National Laboratory.

"What's wrong?" he'd ask. "I don't know," she'd say.

After struggling to understand and communicate with her, he wrote this song, asking her to let him inside her head.

Needing a change of scenery, he moved alone to New York, and took a job at an optics company on Long Island, where he ultimately finished the song. Or thought he did.

This head-bobbing rhythmic tune has evolved over the years to be shorter and more streamlined. But it still rocks hard enough to be the first single to be released off the album.

LYRICS:

Girl, let me inside your dream

Make me believe that it’s real

I’ve got to know how you feel

Because when you’re lost and lonely

There’s not much I can say           There’s not much I can do for you anyway

Girl, is life moving by too fast

Was youth an image that passed?

If only the time could last.

Girl, we’re all trying to live in a dream

Life is not all that it seems

There is so much for you so believe

Because if it’s not the right time

Then when will that time be?

All your life you’ll search for things to set you free

Girl, let me inside your dream

Make me believe that it’s real

I’ve got to know how you’re feeling

All that you’re feeling

All that you’re feeling

Feel, fe-e-e-el, f-e-e-el, fe-e-e-el

All that you’re feeling

All that you’re feeling

I've got to know all you're feeling

I’ve got to know how you’re feeling
